Welcome to Mirucity. By using our site you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Mirucity is a free listings platform for art exhibitions, live music, and independent cinema in the Pacific Northwest. Listing information is gathered from venues and public sources and provided “as is”; always confirm dates, prices, and availability with the venue.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. User content

You retain ownership of comments and photos you post, but grant Mirucity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content on the platform. You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you post.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Moderation & reporting

You can report any comment or photo using the report control next to it. We review reports and may hide or remove content at our discretion. We are a neutral host and are not responsible for user-generated content, but we act on valid reports promptly.

5. Intellectual property

The Mirucity name, design, and original editorial content are ours. Third-party event posters and images remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for informational/listing purposes.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the security of the service, and don’t use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirucity is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on listing information.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
